Making your wedding dreams fit a practical budget is not easy and without the advise of an experienced coordinator to get the most "Bang for your buck". It is temptingly easy to create a wedding that you will still be paying for years afterward. Even if parents are paying the bills there is a "just right" mix of food, beverages, music, photography, flowers, tux rentals, and of course your dress and much more for every couple. The goal is to have a wonderful, elegant, and stress~free wedding that your guests will really enjoy and remember. With careful planning you can "Be Yourself" on wedding day, look beautiful, and let others run around attending to the many details that will make your wedding day really special. Etc... We strive to do our best to make each event memorable for you and all of your guests, Most importantly, we work very hard to keep you sress~free and make the engagement period enjoyable. We know that not all bride's needs are the same so we will customize a package to accommodate your needs. We will discuss the specifics at our initial meeting. The Silver Service: Month of. Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination If you have the planning taken care of, but just need coordination so that you can relax and enjoy your special day. ~ Meet 4 weeks before wedding date to finalize details ~ Provide a detailed event timeline for contracted vendors and wedding party ~ Personally contact each vendor on the wedding week to confirm arrangements and to make sure they agree with the timeline that they received ~ Design & Décor ideas ~ Unlimited advice via telephone or e-mail ~ Provide information on traditions and protocol and advice on etiquette ~ Coordinate all the details on wedding day, so that you can relax knowing they are taken care of ~ Orchestrate rehearsal & Ceremony ~ Arrive to wedding site 2~3 hours prior to ceremony to ensure a smooth day and to set up whatever the bride has given me the day of rehearsal ~ Distribute flowers to the wedding party and assist with pinning ~ Distribute final payments and tips to vendors if needed ~ Direct the seating of guests with the ushers, que musicians ~ Keep wedding party and families stress free ~ Take care of any last minute details to relieve your worries ~ Act out as a liaison between you and your vendors to insure that your ideas are carried out and activities are kept on time ~ Assist the bride and attendants during dressing for the ceremony if needed ~ Bustle wedding gown at the reception ~ Coordinate all reception details such as Grand entrance & first dance, toasting, cake cutting, etc… ~ Place personal items (bouquet, cake topper, cake knife, portrait, guest book, goblets, gifts in an area for bridal family or designated friends responsible for items ~ Provide wedding day emergency kit.
